اهداف :

-          ارزيابي و مقايسه نتايج حاصل از معادلات حالت درجه سه در پيش بيني رفتار و خصوصيات فازي مخازن گاز ميعاني

-          بررسي روشهاي بهبود نتايج و توسعه يا پيشنهاد مناسب ترين معادله حالت براي اين سيستم ها

-          بكارگيري معادله حالت پيشنهاد شده جهت بهبود پيش بيني رفتار فازي يكي از مخازن گاز ميعاني ايران

 

 

ضرورت تحقيق :

        به منظور بررسي رفتار مخازن گاز ميعاني و همچنين ساختن مدل تركيبي مناسب از مخزن ، اطلاعات دقيق خصوصيات فازي و داده هاي حجمي از قبيل فشار اشباع و ميزان مايه شدگي گاز لازم ميباشد . اين پارامترها عموماً از معادلات حالت درجه سه به دست مي آيد .

از آنجاكه ، معادلات حالت موجود معمولاً قادر به پيش بيني دقيق رفتار فازي سيال مخزن مخصوصاً در نواحي رفتار معكوس و نزديكي نقطه ي بحراني نميباشند ، بنابراين بررسي و مقايسه اين معادلات و تعيين بهترين آْنها براي سيستم هاي گاز ميعاني ضروري به نظر مي رسد.

 

 

Abstract

Since van der Waals proposed the first version of his celebrated equation of state (EOS) more than a century ago, many modifications have been proposed in the literature to improve the predictions of volumetric, thermodynamic and phase equilibrium properties. Many complex and more accurate EOS have been proposed through the years and several theories have been devised to better represent PVT properties and vapor-liquid equilibrium.

Petroleum engineering applications particularly in the case of gas condensate reservoirs also often rely on the EOS proposed by Peng and Robinson compared to SRK EOS due to its simplicity and better liquid densities predictions.

 

The accuracy of the equation of state predictions are usually getting worse for high pressure phase equilibria calculations in complex systems containing supercritical components such as gas condensate f1uids. In case of the investigated gas condensate systems, the predictions almost have poor agreement with the laboratory data. The PR and SRK [OS generally under predict the dew point pressures of such systems.

The purpose of this thesis is therefore, to develop/propose a proper EOS to improve the PVT and phase behavior of mixtures containing supercritical components, gas condensate f1uids. In this work various common parameters of EOSs have been firstly investigated. Based on the results of this initial study, next, a novel and robust procedure has been proposed to develop a new alpha function for supercritical components in PR equation of state. The newly developed/modified EOS has been checked for various types and numbers of real gas condensate fluids. The results show that the proposed method has greatly improved the phase behavior predictions for gas condensate fluids including the dew point pressures and liquid drop out perditions in gas condensate systems.
